It's a hard life, living by the beach, the sea breeze in your hair, surrounded by mountains, coconut palms and smiling faces. But, writing about it might help.
Driving through the mountains, I’ve notice that a popular outdoor home decorating idea here is empty soft drink cans, strung up in a row, glistening in the sun outside people's houses.
I live in a remote enclave of East Timor where I cook, eat, take photos of what I eat and then write about it. Sometimes I travel, and when I do, I usually eat more.
