It's a hard life, living by the beach, the sea breeze in your hair, surrounded by mountains, coconut palms and smiling faces. But, writing about it might help.
I live in a remote enclave of East Timor where I cook, eat, take photos of what I eat and then write about it. Sometimes I travel, and when I do, I usually eat more.
